Travel to Munich
by train
Travel by Deutsche Bahn to Munich central station use the exit 'Bayerstrasse'.
Walk south on the Goethestrasse. After 10 min, take the third crossing and turn left on the Pettenkoferstrasse. After 50m the entrance to the Institute of Anatomy and Cell Biology is on your right.
by plane
Following your arrival at Munich airport, the fastest way to the city centre is public transport.
There are two suburban train lines (S-Bahn S1 and S8); both stop at central station (Hauptbahnhof). Follow the walking directions from the central station as outlined above.
The most convenient ticket is the "Airport-City-Day ticket" available at the counter or the vending machines at the airport.
